It is a backless dress so I think is a little harder to fit. When I tried it there were a couple spots that needed a few extra tucks on hip area. She listened and was happy to fix. She wants her clients to be happy! She made the couple adjustments on the spot and the finished result was absolutely perfect! She even gave great pointers/advice on extra lil tips to secure dress and have it look even better! Because it is backless with little spaghetti straps she recommend using Hollywood tape are a few areas! Brilliant! I didn’t even think of that! She is very reasonable priced! I was so happy and she was so sweet! I tried my dress on monthly after she was done with it and ONE WEEK before my wedding tried it on for the last time and I had lost weight from stress. I was freaking out, but emailed her on a Saturday night and she reaponded within 20 minutes and got me in on Monday! Came to Mari to add full-length sleeves to my wedding dress that I bought at David’s Bridal. Other independent alterations places quoted $500+ with needing 1-2 months to complete, and… read more David’s Bridal initially said they could do it (before buying the dress) and then said they couldn’t do it (after buying the dress)… Mari truly saved my dress, and for only $80 and in less than 1 month! She works quickly (each of my appointments needed less than 30 mins whereas at other places it was 1-2 hours and they got nothing done) and the result is AMAZING! We were on a time crunch and having a difficult time with a dress shop in the east valley. Mari’s turnaround was less than a month. My daughter even needed a cathedral veil. Mari went above and beyond to make my daughter’s veil. Her dress and veil were absolutely stunning! We live in the east valley and were hesitant to drive so far, but working with Mari was well worth the drive. Her prices are extremely reasonable and I would highly recommend her to anyone. After being disappointed with a bridal store in the east valley, we walked into Mari’s home and immediately felt at ease. It was very evident that she cared about our situation and that she was going to do everything possible to have my daughter’s dress and veil done on time.
